Nicolas Stamm-Corby and Serge Schaal have made La Fourchette des Ducs one of the most captivating addresses in the Alsace region, where “everything is order and beauty, luxury, calm and pleasure”.Perfection of the decor where precious crystals – Baccarat and Lalique – and marquetry by Ch. Spindler mingle.
This historic building from the 1920s, intended by Ettore Bugatti as a reception venue, has brought back the luster of the past.
La Fourchette des Ducs changes location depending on the season. In summer, Nicolas Stamm-Corby and Serge Schaal invite you to a
room decorated with works from the Baccarat workshops or those of the artist Marc Petit.
In winter, you dive into an area steeped in history, in the footsteps of Ettore Buggati and inhabited by the presence of René Lalique.
